🔄 Returns



We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Items damaged due to customer use will not be accepted

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer
  • The customer is responsible for sending the product back safely

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • The refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
  • The refund will be sent to the customer’s preferred payment method
  • Customers must provide their payment details via WhatsApp after return approval

📲 Refund Communication

After the returned product is received, the customer must contact us on WhatsApp and provide:

  • Order details
  • Payment account information (JazzCash / EasyPaisa / Bank Account)

Refunds will only be issued to the provided verified account

1. Exchange Eligibility

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Damaged or used items will not be eligible for exchange

2. Size / Product Exchange

We offer exchange in the following cases:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Customer wants a different size (subject to availability)
  • Defective or damaged product received (must be reported within 48 hours)

3. Exchange Shipping

  • Exchange shipping costs will be paid by the customer
  • Customer is responsible for safely sending the product back

4. Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item:

  • Exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days
  • New product will be shipped after inspection and confirmation

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products returned after 10 days

To request an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp with:

  • Order details
  • Issue description
  • Preferred exchange item/size

⚠️ Important Conditions

  • Damaged, used, or altered products will not be eligible for return, exchange or refund
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy conditions
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
